Brakes is the number one UK food service business which, due to continued success and expansion, is establishing a brand new, state-of-the-art distribution centre in Reading. Right now, we’re putting together the management team that will both deliver the site and lead the operation.

The centre will be a completely new green-field site. New building, new design, new systems. And this will be an opportunity for people joining the management team to stamp their own personality on the business going forward. They will be responsible for selecting and developing their teams, and defining how the centre evolves.

This landmark site will move our distribution platform to a whole new level and transform the way we conduct our business. This is the latest step in our challenge of driving sustained growth.
